This type of agreement usually bases on more than 3 years, in order to realize the full potential. It is possible to consider and establish different models of outsourcing, in accordance with the particular context. The first stage of each contract like this is represented by the feasibility study, which scope is that of discovering the areas of improvement and quantify the achievable results in terms of costs reduction, performance improvement, etc.
